Our Fees

Our compensation is a success-based-fee and is paid by you as the buyer when you invest in or merge with a business that we find for you. Initially, we require only a modest retainer instead of the large upfront fee normally required for a customized search. When you enter into an agreement with us to help find you a business, other than the small retainer, no fee is due until you actually close the transaction.
