Stan Proden – Commercial/Investment and
Business Advisor
Stan Proden is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a designation that is universally recognized as the highest achievement anyone can earn in commercial/investment real estate. He is the owner of Proden Associates, a brokerage firm that specializes in locating and analyzing industrial, retail, office, business, multi-family, motel, and vacant land properties.
In addition to owning Proden Associates and being a business advisor for Business Venture Management, Stan is also a member of a national organization that has affiliates in every state in the union in the event you are looking for a merger or acquisition opportunity outside our primary market area.
Stan earned his CCIM designation upon completion of a 240-hour graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. They form a business network of approximately 7,000 professionals encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world.
